This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Consult Euro (“Consult Euro”) governing your use of any software, applications, or digital content provided by Consult Euro (“Software”).

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software.

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Consult Euro. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you, and you acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in the Software.

4. Restrictions:

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. CONSULT EURO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONSULT EURO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CONSULT EURO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Consult Euro may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement:
